How plans, limits and billing work

What the free pilot includes, what counts as an answer, how the paid tiers differ, and how to change or cancel a plan.

Hostbnb is priced per property, with an allowance of assistant answers per month. Nothing about partnerships is gated behind a tier — earning is included on every plan, free one included.

The free pilot

Up to five properties, an answer allowance that covers a normal month of guests, and a real published page. Guest pages on the pilot carry a small Hostbnb mark; paid plans don't.

What counts as an answer

One reply from the assistant to a guest question. Reading the page, opening a recommendation, or scanning a QR code doesn't count — only generated answers do.

Changing plans

  1. 1Open Plan & billing in the dashboard.
  2. 2Pick a tier and a billing interval — yearly is priced at roughly ten months.
  3. 3Changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.

Cancelling

Cancel from the same screen. Your pages stay live until the end of the period you've paid for, then revert to the pilot limits rather than disappearing.

The free plan publishes a real guest page — no card, no trial clock.
