Get there by 6pm to grab a spot on the terrace. Pricey but the view over the whole town at golden hour is unbeatable.

Path of the Gods — go early

We took the 9am bus to Bomerano and had the trail mostly to ourselves. Finishing on the steps down into Nocelle above the villa was magical. Wear proper shoes!

Do Da Adolfo for lunch, not dinner

Catch the red-fish boat around noon, have the mozzarella grilled on lemon leaves, then swim off the rocks. Easily our favourite day of the trip.

It is steep, and Positano's center is car-free, so pack light if you can. Message me your arrival time and I'll arrange a porter to meet you at the Piazza dei Mulini drop-off and carry bags down to the villa. Taxis and buses use the top road only.
