How to manage several properties without repeating yourself

Reuse a guide across similar units, keep per-property details separate, and see everything in one dashboard.

Most of a guide is the same across your portfolio: house rules, rubbish, checkout, the neighbourhood. Only a handful of fields — address, door code, Wi-Fi, parking — are genuinely per-property.

The pattern that works

  1. 1

    Perfect one property first

Get a single guide genuinely good before duplicating anything, or you'll copy the gaps too.

  2. 2

    Duplicate for similar units

Add the next property and carry over the shared sections, then change only the details that differ.

  3. 3

    Keep access details per unit

Door codes, Wi-Fi and parking should never be shared text — a wrong code is the one mistake guests can't work around.

Seeing it all at once

The dashboard lists every property with its publish state and setup gaps, and Conversations spans all of them — so you can spot that three guests asked the same unanswered question in different flats.

Try it on your own property

The free plan publishes a real guest page — no card, no trial clock.
