How to create your first guest page

From signup to a shareable link in one sitting: add a property, fill in the essentials, and publish the page your guests will actually use.

A guest page is the thing your guests open on their phone: check-in instructions, Wi-Fi, house rules, your local picks, and an assistant that answers anything else in their own language. Building the first one takes about twenty minutes.

1. Create your account

Sign up at /signup. The pilot plan is free, covers up to five properties, and needs no card — you can publish a real page on it and decide about paying later.

2. Add your property

  1. 1

    Name and location

The name guests recognise from their booking, plus the address. The address drives distances for nearby recommendations, so be precise even if you only show the neighbourhood publicly.

  2. 2

    Cover photo

One good wide shot of the space. You can pick from the built-in covers during onboarding and swap it later.

  3. 3

    Property type and size

Used to shape the assistant's tone and the default sections — a cabin gets different suggestions than a city apartment.

3. Fill in the guide

The guide is the part guests read. Work through the sections in the property editor — arrival and check-in, Wi-Fi, appliances, rubbish and recycling, checkout — and write them the way you'd write a message to a guest, not the way you'd write a contract.

Write once, answer forever

Every sentence you add here is a question the assistant can answer without you. The bin day paragraph you resent writing will save you the same message forty times.

4. Add a handful of recommendations

Five good picks beat fifty generic ones. Add the coffee place you actually go to, the restaurant you'd book yourself, and the one thing you tell everyone to do. You can add more any time — see How to add local recommendations.

5. Publish and preview

Publishing gives the property a public URL. Open it on your own phone first and read it as a guest would — most gaps are obvious within thirty seconds of doing that.

Before you share it

  • Check-in instructions are complete enough for someone arriving at 11pm
  • Wi-Fi network name and password are exactly right, including capitals
  • At least five recommendations, each with a reason to go
  • The page reads well on a phone, not just a laptop
