How to share your guest page (link, QR code, and check-in message)

The three ways guests reach your page — a link in your check-in message, a QR code in the entryway, and a saved shortcut — and when to use each.

A guest page only works if guests open it. In practice that means putting it in front of them twice: once before they arrive, and once when they're standing in the room.

Copy the page link from the Share panel in the property editor and paste it into the message you already send the day before check-in. Say what it's for in one line — "everything about the place, including the door code" — and guests open it.

The Share panel generates a QR code for the same link. Print it and put it where a guest looks when they're confused: inside the door, next to the router, on the fridge.

One code, several places

The same code works everywhere, so print three. The entryway one gets scanned on arrival; the kitchen one gets scanned at 8pm when someone wants a dinner recommendation.

Put it in your listing's check-in instructions

Most booking platforms let you attach check-in instructions that appear automatically. A single line pointing at your page means guests who never read your messages still find it.

What guests see

  • No app to install and no account to create — it opens in the browser
  • The page in their own language, translated on the fly
  • An assistant that answers from your guide, not from the open internet

Try it on your own property
