There is a term, “rukunan”. It describes a condition of Javanese residence where the owners have an agreement to make a part of their house to be a way that connects between one house to another, So that everyone can access with some condition. You will experience dinner in one of the house in the rukunan. This Joglo house is owned by Joko Nugroho who is the 6th from the first owner.
