The class starts with an early morning visit to traditional Tanjung market where you will submerge into the daily Lomboknese way of living and there is no cheaper or fresher place to do food shopping. With the assistance of our Chef, he/she will prepare a complete menu based on your choice, four dishes out of eleven of your favor most during 3 hours hands-on cooking class, followed by lunch/dinner in Tugu Waroeng or Kokok Pletok Restaurant, eating with bare hands surrounded by candle light, stone grinders, and traditional steamers on wood-fire terracotta stoves in the open kitchen/restaurant.
