Designed by Prince Vicino Orsini and architect Ligorio starting in the mid-16th century, the park is a unique masterpiece from the Renaissance era and the oldest sculpture park in the modern world. Here where statues that defy proportions and perspective rules are creatively placed, animating the park’s corners and creating a surreal interplay between nature and art.
