The second section features a completely transparent design, ascending vertically 1039 meters and reaching the Nishi-Hotakaguchi Station at an altitude of 2156 meters in just about 11 minutes. The upper level offers unobstructed views, making it especially suitable for photography enthusiasts and families. Winter: A blanket of snow awaits, offering the "Snow Corridor" experience—stroll through man-made snow wall walkways, build snowmen, and take photos. The observation deck features a café, light meals, and a souvenir shop; we recommend trying the "summit" churos or local Hida specialties.
