Pošip, Korcula's golden signature white. Grk, grown exclusively in the sandy soils of Lumbarda. Rukatac, an indigenous red quietly disappearing as old vines give way. Plavac Mali, Croatia's celebrated bold red. Honey, liqueurs and olive oil complete the tasting.
