We offer a guided tasting of our 4 sparkling wines, with detailed sensory analysis, to learn how to taste a wine through a mini sommelier course. After tasting with sweet and savory appetizers, our outdoor tour will allow you to learn about the production and cultivation process by meeting the centennial vines of Cartizze, grown organically without chemical synthesis products.
