No swimming required just walk slowly across the seabed, usually around 5–7 meters deep, under professional supervision. Expect to encounter vibrant tropical fish and coral formations. The helmet is fed oxygen from the surface, allowing you to breathe as you walk, completely dry headed, while actually underwater.
