We are an Argentine family from Buenos Aires, and we invite you to share our asado just as we do with our friends. Together, we’ll enjoy an authentic Argentine experience around the table, in the heart of Palermo Soho. WE ONLY USE 100% GRASS-FED BEEF. The experience includes a wine pairing featuring four varieties of premium wines from small, independent producers. We’ll share an unforgettable moment over some of the finest premium, 100% grass-fed cuts of beef, grilled by Marcelo, who is much more than our Grillmaster: he is the father of our family, and he puts his heart into every dish he prepares. Betty is the mother and soul of our family. She’ll guide you through the history of Argentine asado, its traditions, and the stories that are part of our culture.
