Hue is internationally known as the former imperial capital of the Nguyen dynasty (1802-1945), but within Vietnam, it’s also known as the nation’s gastronomic capital. The motorbike gives us the freedom to hit the best spots in the city for each dish. Enjoy as our drivers/ guides tell the stories of Hue’s many dishes, often folkloric and fiercely disputed, before hopping back on the bike to resume your voyage.
