No light pollution out here — the Milky Way was unreal. Get the wood stove going, grab a blanket, and just look up. Bring layers, it gets cold.

Wi-Fi works at the cabin (network LighthouseCabin), but cell service in Big Sur is very weak to nonexistent, especially along Highway 1. Download maps and directions before you arrive, and I'll leave a neighbor's landline number for emergencies at check-in.
